Meet Katie

Katie is 4 now!

She has been Diagnosed with Shwachman diamond syndrome, (SDS).

SDS is an extreemly rare, inherrited, bone marrow failure syndrome.

Katie had a bone marrow transplant May 25th 2004.

She is home and doing well, She now attends special needs preschool.

Katie's Wish Come True

My favorite things

Katie is doing very well.

She loves to make up songs, and dance around the house. She loves to eat spagetti-o's and chocolate pudding. She loves to ride the "kool bus" and is busy learning her ABC's and can can count to 10.

Katie loves to color pictures, and herself....

She is getting good at writing her name, and loves to listen to stories.

Katie's Family

Katie lives with her Mom (Christina), Dad (Jason), Her Sister's, Amanda age 15, and Alayna age 9, and her brother's Jonathan age 11, and Christopher, almost 3 years old.
